Meet the founder
Hello, my name is Tynan Rhea and I created postpartumsex.com because, well... it didn't exist! Currently, all the resources are based off my own google searches, interviews with myself or interviews conducted by me with others, a scientific literature review, and my personal nerdy booklists. My hope is to grow this online resources so folks from a range of communities in North America can see themselves in the information.
BIO: Tynan Rhea is a Canadian settler with German and Czechoslovakian ancestry. Tynan has a private practice online and in Toronto as a counsellor, aromatherapist, and doula specializing in sex, intimacy, and relationships throughout the reproductive years. Tynan graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Joint Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sexuality, Marriage, & Family. They received their doula training from the Revolutionary Doula Training program and their aromatherapy training with Anarres Apothecary Apprenticeship program.
